Mortgage Counseling and Foreclosure Prevention
We offer HUD-certified foreclosure prevention counseling services free of charge to residents of Erie and Niagara counties. This service is funded through the New York State Attorney General Homeowner Protection Program.
You qualify if you're: Missing mortgage payments or worried about missing mortgage payments.
- Early Intervention
- One-on-One Counseling
- Conferring with lenders on client's behalf
- Post-Purchase Classes and Financial Capability Coaching
- Referals to a HOPE line and other resources

Mortgage Checkups
