Zoning codes in Buffalo are changing for the first time in decades, and a series of community meetings this month and next will help to form the city's approach to development in different neighborhoods.

The new zoning codes are called the Buffalo Green Code, and these meetings are one of the most important ways you can influence how your neighborhood develops in the coming years.

We and other community partners throughout the city are trying to get more than just the usual suspects out for these meetings--anyone who cares about their community should be there! Here are the meetings happening in our service area (and here's a map. Note: they don't match up to City Common Council districts):
