The West Side Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc., a proud chartered member of NeighborWorks® America, in Partnership with Greater Buffalo Savings Bank, will provide assistance to qualified borrowers who wish to purchase existing homes located West of Main Street in the City of Buffalo.

The program will offer interest-free deferred loans of up to four thousand five hundred dollars ($4,500.00) for the purpose of buying down up to one (1) interest point on a Greater Buffalo Savings Bank mortgage product. The deferred loan is only repayable if the home is sold.

Eligible borrowers must be at eighty percent (80%) of the HUD median income or above to qualify, and the property being purchased must be located West of Main Street in the City of Buffalo.
